Why a strong client relationship is so important
How building a strong relationship with your clients will enhance your business in the long term
One of the key lessons I have learned during my time running EIDEAL is the fundamental importance of client relationships to ensure financial success and consistent growth.
In general, businesses that develop positive, long-term relationships will benefit from repeat business from those clients. Happy clients will also be likely to recommend your company, product, or service to a colleague, leading to new business.
There are several factors that will enable you to create, foster, and sustain these vital relationships.

Firstly, communication is essential so prioritize establishing open, consistent lines of communication with your client. Being available to speak with your clients should they need you shows you care about them.
Use your knowledge to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for your client when they use what you sell to them. Offer added value such as tutorials or training for the service or product you are providing. We regularly host training workshops at EIDEAL HQ and launch events so that our salon partners can understand how best to use our products and so that we can support their growth and development, as well as have all members of our team – sales, marketing, hair educators, etc – on hand to answer any queries they may have. Another recent endeavor we undertook to foster and sustain meaningful relationships was to take our key salon partners on the Davines WorldWide Hair Tour (WWHT), which took place in Parma from 4 to 7 June. The first event since the pandemic, the four-day extravaganza was curated to showcase the most beautiful and cutting-edge innovations in the hair industry that not only respect but pay homage to nature, as envisaged by the illustrious BCorp brand, Davines, as well as allow visitors to experience the beauty of the city that the brand calls home. In addition to city tours and visiting the Davines Village, there were events
showcasing creative work from acclaimed hair artists such as Tom Connell, who is the Davines Hair Art Director, as well as a sneak preview of the next global launch and a chance to meet the Davines upper management, including Davide Bollati, Davines Chairman and Owner. Naturally, all of this stimulated our clients' interest in the brand and ignited their passion for it!
During this trip, there was also time for myself and my entire team to spend time with our clients informally and to find out more about each of their individual businesses. We had time to truly listen to our clients and take onboard any needs and desires that they expressed. This will allow us to future plan and ensure we can meet their short- and long-term needs. By doing this, we will undoubtedly strengthen these relationships, fostering tremendous growth for our business.
