Why Start-ups?
The experts say a startup is an entrepreneurial venture which is typically a newly emerged, fast-growing business that aims to meet a marketplace need by developing or offering an innovative product, process or service etc. etc. etc………………
India is emerging as world’s largest startup centre. There might be many reasons according to experts and researchers. There is no second opinion for that. I feel one of the reason is so called business houses and corporates are not willing accept the ideas, innovations and concepts of their co-workers and employees. It is the responsibility of employer to take out the best of your employee. Now days the most important factor in employee-employer relation is ‘trust & belief’. Your employees may have some very good ideas, so be open to new ways of doing things or at least listen to them respectfully. This start-up generation is the one who will never accept the ‘Boss is always right’ rule. Many employers have their own way or track of doing the things and expect their employees to follow it exactly the same way. When you hire the best of talent, you should be open to new ideas and suggestions and try their ways of doing the things. The feeling of uneasiness, demotivation and no scope for new ideas or innovation & acceptance in current corporate structure, are giving the good reason for start-ups to come up. When Govt and financial institutions are listening to your ideas and ready to support why one should not start. Let’s Start-up!
