Recently, we conducted our first research using artificial intelligence. We collected reviews and mentions about a specific business niche from social media, mapping services, and review sites for six months. After analyzing this huge amount of information, we got many valuable insights.

We once again confirmed that social media is one of the most powerful tools for customer experience research. Companies sometimes don't realize what perception of the brand consumers have, what their expectations and complaints are.
