Physicians are very careless when it comes to their mental and physical well-being. I can understand hospital-employed doctors being frustrated because they ceded their wellbeing and relevance to admin and have had no real power in the admin( other than representation in cursory committees). It is time for physicians to re-think their health first and then jump into all kinds of cesspools, as they have done in the past decade. This is a problem that was manufactured to work this way.
