??Ever wondered why you cannot access radio in your smartphone??
??Because your device needs a hardware called a FM receiver(chipset).
Even sometimes your device might not have the software application to run it.
Got it but my phone has the chipset support still cannot access the radio??
??Well, smartphone manufacturers usually do not enable the chipset for various reasons.?
One reason being the rise of internet. ??Comment down if you know any other reason.
All right now my phone has it’s FM receiver chipset enabled still I cannot hear the radio, as it directs me to plug in earphones!
??Earphones act as antenna for receiving of the FM signals to your phone as it has no built-in receiver unlike the Nokia 5110, come on who even uses those!
Howdy,
This is the start of various insightful short articles I will be posting .
