I always said “slow down to speed up”. Doing a task quickly always results in rework, often several reworks. In total this takes more time than slowing down and doing the task properly once.

3 年Joshua Miller, you're so right! We're so busy catching up and throwing out the old we've lost sight of the value of slow and steady and tried and true! The ability to move quickly is certainly needed and valuable in these changing times but the ability to keep steady and consistent is needed too....? One of the keys is in the wisdom too know when to focus on which!
