It sounds counterintuitive, but letting go of things can release us to do more with the time and energy we have.?

Less travel. Less rush. Less stress.

More family time, games time, thinking time, non-thinking time.?

Interviewers who enquired into people’s behaviour during restricted times discovered that sudden space gave people room to decide what they really wanted to do.

And that’s the grounded learning in all this.?

Simplifying is crucial because it makes a space for what we truly value. What ties in with who we want to be and how we show up to the world.?
