Why silence is Powerful?

Silence can convey a form of mystery and power, as it would lead the opposing side to believe they are ready to walk away, rather than settling for less than the specified outcome. Most people aren't comfortable with silence, and using it in negotiations can be a great way to ask for what you want.

Peace is the quiet assurance that what God does is best. Peace comes from knowing he is in control, making all things “work together for good to those who are the called according to his purpose.”

There is a lot of evidence for the benefits of meditation, including inner peace. Meditation doesn't have to be complicated: all it takes is five to ten minutes to sit quietly and focus on your breath - gently release all thoughts from your awareness.

Sacred breaks

Sacred breaks are mini-meditations that you do during the day when you are engaged in a goal-oriented task. Take a break from what you're doing and sit comfortably with your eyes closed.

Take a few deep breaths, and with each breath, let go of any thoughts or worries and allow your body to relax. You can do this every day to give your mind and body a break from the noise and stressful thoughts.

Embracing the power of silence is not about the absence of sound, but also about moving away from disturbing noises that stimulate the brain and trigger a stress response.
