During lessons, learners realise how to manage their time effectively, motivate themselves and their peers, problem solve, make decisions, and think critically, amongst many other skills. Through our learning techniques, lecturers also instil in learners how to use emotional intelligence, work as part of a team, and resolve conflicts, skills which are used in workplaces every day.
