The question really, should be, why shouldn't you join The Hub

The Job Market and Hiring Market is in chaos and we are doing our utmost to do something about it!

We built this platform out of sheer frustration, that people just couldn't get hired and the old ways of securing work, where no longer working, with time to hire increasing to 9 months on average globally and Job Search depression becoming the third most common cause of depression around the world.

People are losing homes, families and their lives!

Yet no one was doing anything to try and counter this problem, if anything, it is getting worse and people are making it worse, with the introduction of technology and processes that aren't fit for purpose, like AI and Software, designed to do what people had done for years, with zero appreciation or empathy for what made people unique or individual.

We had to step and we had to provide a solution, amid the numerous AI sausage factories, that were promising people 30k applications in a month, that are essentially a large part of the application bottleneck that we see today, clogging systems and causing people to be lost amongst the chaos.

We built a platform that combines real people with technology that actually works, that actually judges people on their merit and achievements and not just key words!

We have built a community of people, sharing experiences and frustrations, but in a way where everyone wants to support one another, whether it be experts, coaches, members, customer support people, we are all here offering help and guidance to anyone that needs it.

And alongside this, we are providing HOPE, to people that have lost it, because they cannot get seen, because of the dreaded ATS, or Algorithms that seems to have been built by the most Bias/Discriminatory people on earth, desperate to block every application.

We are giving people a way through this!

And people say to me, but why?, Why are you doing this and aren't you just the same as all the other AI Job Search Platforms?

Well no, we couldn't be more different! We come from the industry...we come from Science and we come from real experiences!

I have been in Recruitment for 23 years, I have seen it all, the Good, The Bad and the down right Ugly and I decided enough was enough, someone had to fight back for the Job Searcher, as the cards were becoming increasingly stacked against them.

So, me, my wife and our scientist co founder, set about building a platform and an ecosystem for the Job Searcher, built around the needs and the wants of the Job Searcher.

We listened, we didn't just build! We assessed what people wanted and what where the pain points and where were the challenges and we built solutions to fit the problems.

People couldn't get seen, because of ATS blocking them, or not reading their data correctly, so we built an ATS Readability tool tougher than any on the market and have people the ability to check their CV's/Resumes's against ours. Get though ours and you'll get though any on the market, and guess what! They did and they are!

But we didn't stop there! People were getting through the ATS, but they still weren't getting interviews, as they were getting rejected, so we built a Job Matching Tool that was more accurate and personal than any other, that all of a sudden, people we appearing at the top of applicant lists and started getting interviews.

We are giving hope to people that had lost it!

We have this incredible platform that people are using every single day, to cross reference jobs and to tweak their CV's and Resumes and LinkedIn profile on, as well as articles and videos and blogs, that are giving people confidence that they had lost.

And when they need someone to talk to, we have our Community Chat, where real people are giving advice, or just listening!
