1 年Customer Service everyone's responsibility but it must be joined up. Having just experienced being send from pillar to post from a large corporation where everyone was lovely and caring but still couldn't solve my problem. So frustrating. And the worst thing I did was complain and found myself in their complaints process whilst my primary issue was still snarled up between departments.
