It's also vital that you to manage your client’s expectations from the outset.??This means being clear and transparent when selling to your client.? Be clear on what you can deliver, the timescale you will be working to and how you will track results.? It sounds simple, but believe me agreeing these at the outset will save you time and energy down the line.?

Customer Service everyone's responsibility but it must be joined up. Having just experienced being send from pillar to post from a large corporation where everyone was lovely and caring but still couldn't solve my problem. So frustrating. And the worst thing I did was complain and found myself in their complaints process whilst my primary issue was still snarled up between departments.
