Today I was asked the question - ?Why should we use you and pay brokerage fee for doing an A deal for $8 000 000 when we can walk to the bank and save your fee? My first reaction- ?? You go to one bank only??? When working with millions, 1/8 of a rate makes a huge difference. Individual Bank ??reps are great in selling all types of products - mortgages issurancea LC CC etc. ??But what they are not good at telling you what the rest of the industry has to offer.
