What does it mean when it comes to "Value" in an Executive Recruiting Firm? Most companies you come across have the same elevator pitch on why they are the best and why you should work with them over everyone else. What helps a prospect make the right decision for their company? I had a conversation with a potential client and the question I get asked the most is 'Why should I work with your firm?' Most Business Development Managers may go into an entire spew on what makes them the best, but I choose not to do that. I don't sale a service, my company provides value like a guided compass. We find potential candidates who may or may not be interested in making that big move, but we build a relationship with the candidate on why your company may be the best to enhance their career. We manage the entire process and share the same excitement for a candidate finding their dream job. We don't sale anything, we create value and help impact-driven leaders step into who they are created to be.
