Even going back to my early 20s working on a construction crew, the principle of setup has been considered vital. Of course that's in a different kind of application (measure twice, cut once, etc) the concept is the same. Then as a computer science major in college, at some point I understood why the curriculum included truth tables (setup). No, it was not a tool for professors to torture students like I thought. Applied in software engineering it provided a basis for scale i.e., growth. I feel like this is a similar principle for business growth. Thanks for sharing!
