Goal Setting - Imagination

“Imagination is the voice of daring. If there is anything Godlike about God it is that. He dared to imagine everything.” -Henry Miller

What will YOU dare to imagine now?

I use the word “dare” because that’s what I want you to do now. I don’t want you to set an easy, boring goal for yourself today. I want you to set one big goal, so beyond anything you’ve attempted before, that it excites you and scares you at the same time.

One 90 seconds exercise:  Make a goal card, and write on it your very specific, concise and daring goal.

Write your goal in present tense now. Be sure to start with “I am excited and grateful now that …”, and include a deadline of goal. Make it a realistic deadline, but not so far out there that you don’t feel a little pressure to achieve it.

Kindly go ahead … I dare you!

“The visionary starts with a clean sheet of paper, and re-imagines the world.” -Malcolm Gladwell

To understand in better way on the gift of imagination, I’d like you to spend at least 30 to 45 minutes writing out what an average day in your ideal life would look like. Take more time if you need it, and use as much vivid detail as possible for you.

Remember; when you’re using the imagination, there are no boundaries … no limitations to your imagination. Let your mind wander and let yourself get emotionally involved with how your everyday could be spent.
