Why seek within yourself?

Your mental health today?is not a consequence of what happened this morning or last night, that's mood dear reader. It is determined by so much more: genetics, environment, childhood experiences, core memories, relationships with others, and self. That's not all though!
I have 5 years of experience in counselling and I have seen clients stuck at what happened when they were 9 which created their?schema?i.e. their perspective on life based on what they witnessed or endured at that time. You see, everything is connected and sometimes nothing is. It could be a plain neuro-chemical imbalance, I, however, recommend that take medication or any form of drug assistance as your?last resort.?
Lifestyle changes improved eating patterns and self/social awareness are the key to your well-being. I agree, it's time taking, not as appealing to work on it while you're struggling already; I feel you. But what you see as tangled information begins to make sense when you are willing to achieve that freedom of self.?
It won't take a session or a day, it took years to get?distorted, give yourself some time to walk on this journey to connect with yourself again. You need you, more than you need?"the other".?
In peace,?
