WHY ARE THE SEASONED CHEF CAST ASIDE?

At this point and time Resorts, and Hotels are down 10000 Exec Chef. And there is about 25000 Exec Chef that are over 55 yrs old that are need work, and these company's refuse to even interview these well seasoned chefs. I have ask these major resorts and hotel corp what are they looking for. And to this date I get no answers. This has become a joke that is laughable


It is the same for the FOH managers as well. Due to being at the top end of the pay scale and "woke" companies! They are looking for the 28/28+ 28 years old to pay 28k per year. The companies will not tell you that as it would be admitting to discrimination. Change your status and only go back 20 years in work history and see how many calls you get for interviews!!! It is laughable, but disgusting as well!
