Why Robert Half?

Why Robert Half?

I would be inclined to answer that with...Why not?

My first stint with Robert Half was brief, because I was recruited for a corporate role, and I simply couldn't pass up the chance to build that experience for myself!  It was a great role, and I truly enjoyed doing it, but it wasn't the right long term fit for me, so when the opportunity came to return to Robert Half, I said why not?  Most of you may have seen that today was in fact my first day back in the Recruiting Manager role supporting direct hire placements in Finance and Accounting...If you're on the market, CALL ME!

But I didn't leave the first time to run away from Half, I didn't dislike their model, or their structure, I believed in it, and I truly enjoyed it, but I was commuting over an hour, with young kids, and simply spread myself too thin.

While I was in a corporate role I spent a lot of time reaching out to Robert Half people to see if they wanted to make a move because I know that anyone who can make it at Half, has had great training and can likely make it anywhere!  And when I came across more green candidates in my recruiting efforts who were looking to break into staffing or recruiting, I often referred them to Half...you get the training you need to build a solid foundation and will find that either it's a great fit for you, or you'll move on and be even more marketable for your next role because you have Half on your resume!  And I continued to be loyal to Half as well, hiring two temps through them during that time.

So, I'll ask again...Why Robert Half?  WHY NOT?!?!??

I welcome your opinions, so please feel free to comment below...Thanks!

You aren't the first or the last to boomerang back! It was a great experience to step away, and then come back with a fresh mind into a new role... and better yet be welcomed with open arms. Welcome back!
