This is what this newsletter should be called: “What 2024 Taught You—and How to Make 2025 Even Better”. We learn from everything that we do, whether this is a huge success; a disappointment or even a massive fail. Being honest, I’ve achieved all of these!
Reflecting on 2024 isn’t just about looking back—it’s about learning, growing, and making intentional choices for the future. In this newsletter, I’ll guide you through simple steps to harness your past experiences to set a clear and meaningful direction for 2025.
Reflection is like a mirror—it shows us our strengths, blind spots, and opportunities. When we are busy, it is really easy to move to the next item on your to-do list, or rush to complete the next deadline. However, there is genuine value for your professional development and wellbeing. I always recommend you spend a little time each week reflecting on your week. However, in December - between seasonal celebrations this is the perfect time to reflect on the year. So here are some prompts:
Ask yourself for 2024
Then dive into 2025. Instead of setting New Year Resolutions that could be broken within days, why not use our ‘Best 2025’ complimentary Ebook that you could download here.
We have created the ebook for you to complete; firstly reflecting on 2024 and then prompting you to consider 15 points including:
It is a genuine chance to spend time celebrating your achievements and what you have learnt from 2024 before you prepare for 2025.
So download the Best 2025 Ebook here; relax and spend some time completing the book.
AND we are doing a Live Stream on Linkedin on 17th December at 1pm GMT where we will discuss the Ebook; celebrate 2024 and start preparing for 2025 before we reach the SILLY SEASON. You can register here
Until next time,
Best wishes
Susan
