Why the reluctance to use digital transformation programs?

In the wake of writing a white paper published by Routledge on the leadership challenge posed by digital transformation (available free to download here), I gave an interview to The Transformation Network on digital transformation, particularly in the public sector. Here I discuss why some organisations find it such a challenge, despite the opportunity.

My argument is that it is not technology or strategy, but culture and behaviour that make it so hard. But there are ways to overcome this, and strengthen the organisation at the same time. See whether you agree with me, in this three minute clip.
