10 个月When one of my associates completes a transaction he asks: on a scale from 1 to 10 how would you rate the quality of service I gave you? When they say 10, he says thank you. Then asks if they know someone who would benefit from the same quality of service. If they say less than 10, he doesn't ask for a referral.
