Why Quality Matters

As part of Risk & Security Management’s (RS) commitment to good business practice and total customer satisfaction, the company is Quality Certified. This commitment sits within a framework of ensuring a safe environment for our employees and contractors, achieving the best possible service standards and adhering to a strict compliance regime.

The Quality Assurance logo, which RS is permitted to display, is a mark of quality and is licensed to companies who have achieved a rigorous set of the world’s most recognised business management standards known as “ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard”. It is based on 7 quality management principles which are as follows:

• Leadership;
• Engagement of people;
• Process Approach;
• Improvement;
• Evidence-based decision making; and
• Relationship management.

All of these principles underpin RS’ Quality Management System and provide the framework for monitoring, measuring and continually improving our practices and procedures.

To maintain our certification and the right to use the logo, RS is subject to an annual external audit.?This is carried out in order to determine whether RS meets and is maintaining world standards for quality and continuous improvement based on robust client feedback mechanisms and performance management processes.?Between the 22 February 2022 and 24 February 2022, SAI Global conducted an annual audit of our organisation and we are pleased to report there were no non-conformance issues identified and a recommendation was made that our certification status continues.

The company commends of all the team that contribute to our on-going success and in particular, our Legal and Compliance Manager, Rachael Gabrael, who is responsible for monitoring our Quality Management system.

RS will continue to invest and focus on continued improvement to assist us to meet, if not exceed, our clients’ expectations with respect to service excellence.?We are also investing in and focused on improving our data security and IT systems and obtaining certification in ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems.
