Why Pressure ?

Why Pressure ?

I trust this this writing finds you well. I would like to share a thought that has been on my mind recently. I often contemplate why many of us feel the need to perform under pressure. Is it a real pressure or something that we create ourselves? In my opinion, the pressure we create can be overwhelming and can have a negative impact on our mental and physical health. It is essential to identify the root cause and find ways to manage it. This could be achieved through mindfulness, setting realistic goals, or seeking support from friends and family. Remember, it's okay to take a step back and prioritize your well-being.

I would like to share my understanding of pressure in the workplace. Pressure can be defined as the continuous bombardment on an individual who is expected to perform harmoniously. Often times, we work under pressure due to emergencies that are created, leading to intricacies in the work. These intricacies may include inaccuracy, lack of teamwork, lack of confidence, blame shifting, violation of rules, unprofessionalism, communication gaps, ego clashes, improper planning, dependency, and over-expectation.

I wanted to address the challenges that many people face when dealing with blood pressure, diabetes, respiration, stress, and strain diseases. Such phenomena often lead to decreased efficiency, ambition, and determination towards any goal.

To overcome these challenges, I believe that we need to focus on systematic and accurate work, team collaboration, confidence, professionalism, timely communication, and effective planning. By prioritizing these factors, we can conquer pressure and achieve success.

I would like to address a common observation that many of us have made, regarding the people success in various sectors. While it may seem that they enjoy their professional and work life both in balanced way, it is important to note that they are not always working under pressure. If everyone performs their duties with discipline and sincerity, it can greatly reduce the pressure that comes with work. Therefore, I strongly believe that pressure is always created, and not inherent in any circumstance.

I would like to mention that the information provided in the paragraph is based solely on my personal observations and may not necessarily reflect the views of others. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
