Why posting job ads are useless?

Are you planning to hire offshore Filipino staff?

Tired of the time-wasting interviews,

That gets you absolutely NOWHERE?

Most candidates who I find scanning job sites are just passively searching,

They’re not taking the time to understand the role you’re posting for, 

Your applicants also won’t be invested in things like English proficiency tests,

or taking the time to understand the responsibilities you want to be covered.

You’ll attract the WRONG candidates this way.

During my time in the recruitment game, I’ve learned that top talent rarely has the time to look at job sites

They’re better found through things such as:

·         Networking

·         Associations

·         Social Groups

·         Seminars

That’s where I look every time I want to recruit someone.

If you keep sticking with just the old methods of posting your own ads, 

The odds of finding the ideal candidate will continually stay very low.
