Why positive learning environment is necessary for students?

Positivity and productivity goes hand-in-hand for a student. As a positive environment is a paramount part of learning for a student. It is a positive environment where someone feels safe and secure, and when a student feels safe he will learn better. But this atmosphere cannot be developed automatically, rather someone has to create it. So the teachers have to work on this from the very beginning.?

According to some research, a student can learn and adapt better when he feel safe and comfortable. To foster the growth of a student a tutor needs to create an safe and positive learning environment and to do so they can implement some of the ways as discussed below:

Create a bond;

The very first step of learning should be creating an effective bond between teacher and a student. Unless and until a bond is created there will not be a positive environment, which will then lead towards slow learning. But once a bond is developed then a student will feel safe and will learn and understand faster.

Healthy communication;

To build a bond between a teacher and a student there should be healthy communication, as it will help to know about the thinking process and mindset of a student. Trust building is the crucial step in any relation and in a teacher-student relation it is the most important thing. It is noticed that students tend to follow the actions more than words, so if a teacher remains positive he will teach his students to remain positive as well. Difficult situations will happen with everyone but the way we go through it makes the difference. So if students are guided properly to be positive then it will be easier for them to face any situation.
