I’m sure you have a few work friends with whom you feel incredibly comfortable sharing anything. What sets them apart from others? For me, it’s the team that I was part of in my first job 20 years ago, we all are in different parts of the world now but share a very strong friendship even today which includes our kids and parents too. We call ourselves 'Framily'.
