Why planning is must?
To plan properly is a big responsibility for a business manager. A lot of things have to be considered for this for it to succeed. For instance, you need to look at your product or service and consider how it can benefit the end customer that will buy from you. You also need to consider how it can affect the environment as well as what sacrifices you may have to make for the business to run smoothly and profitably. From there, you'll be able to make a marketing/advertising strategy based on trends and information about your competition, which you should collect before going out there and selling. If something doesn't seem right, go back a step and fix it quickly without having too many repercussions later down the line. To make a proper plan, you will need research and data to help you get the best product or service that you can provide and try not to cut corners regarding your work ethic because that's something that will set you apart from the competition and ultimately lead to more profits for your business.
Many people think it is as simple as having an idea and executingit. Those people are wrong. A business plan is a critical tool that will guide the success or failure of your company.
Although some may say that "the plan" can be created on the fly, this simply isn't true and leads to disaster and pain later down the line. Creating a proper business plan takes time and slowly factors in what you know about your market, what you have learned from experience about being an entrepreneur, where you fall short, where you excel it also includes every different aspect of starting for your new company - from accounting practices to building a network of clients- so it has to be done right.
It is a delicate balance, bringing enough funding to the table to get your business up and running without letting your idea be sold to someone else once they see how great it really is.
