·        Behavioral Health depositions including personal injury litigations

·        Behavioral Health evaluation and assessment consultations identifying individual strengths and weaknesses, biopsychosocial assessments that analysis the biological, psychological, and social factors involved to understand how these three factors are influencing health and/or issues presented

·        Mental Health status assessments

·        Independent Behavioral Health assessments for diagnosing

I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional serving as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in both Louisiana and Texas, in good standing.

A Licensed Professional Counselor is described as:

·        one who may practice independently as specified in R.S. 37:1107(A) stating a LPC is one

• who holds oneself out to the public for a fee or other personal gain, by any title or description of services incorporating the words "licensed professional counselor" or any similar term
• who offers to render professional mental health counseling/psychotherapy services denoting a client-counselor relationship in which the counselor assumes the responsibility for knowledge, skill, and ethical consideration needed to assist individuals, groups, organizations, or the general public
• who implies that he/she is licensed to practice mental health counseling
• who obeys the Code of Ethics/behavior involving the application of principles, methods, or procedures of the mental health counseling profession
• who obtains continuing professional development for license renewal

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I render the following Mental Health Counseling/Psychotherapy for the:
