Mop heads are measured in grams to indicate their weight and absorbency capacity. The weight of the mop heads we sell can range between 250 – 450 grams, giving you an idea of how much liquid it can hold, and how effectively it can clean larger areas.?

Here’s why it matters:?

The ‘heavier’ the mop, the more material used, meaning the more water it can hold. Many different materials are available, and this will determine how much water they can absorb.

Lighter mop heads are great for quick, everyday cleaning. We’ve found that this type suits those who like to easily move around and wring out the mop as much as possible.??

Heavier ones are better for deep cleaning tasks. We’ve found this suits our customers who like to cover a large space quickly with the fewest returns to the mop bucket.?
