Why organizations do not have an updated BCP?

This week we have been talking about the Business Continuity Plan (BCP). 6. Leadership Buy-In: If leadership doesn’t prioritize or support continuity planning, it might not receive the necessary attention or resources within the organization. This is a lack of a good Organizational Culture.
