why only ola uber ??

whoever is opposing surge pricing. kindly answer following: 1) Railways Tatkal fares: isn't that a surge pricing ? .. on top of that recently railways have launched premium tatkal wherein the ticket prices can be as high as 5x-6x times normal fares. i recently booked a mumbai to Kota Sleeper class at 1500/-, nor SL fare 300/-.. isn't that a surge pricing. 2) airfares.. during peak hours, they automatically go up. infact recently during Jat stir, Delhi-Chandigarh airfare went upto 1,00,000/-.. isn't that a surge pricing? whyn't acting against these? why only ola uber ??
