Why Only March8th as Women’s Day?
Come March all organisations and people at home get stimulated to wish these super heroes and differently this year., every year!?
How can this ever be true? Indeed we need them every minute and every opportune time!?
Right through the day in every form there is a Lady Luck which is shining on us in some form or the other!?
Being a complete man., Hope Raymonds doesn’t take offence of this.., mother sister wife and daughter., I can say that every one brings in their own charm and beauty in shades which can never compete with each other!?
Women can be gentle as wind or as Tornado- depends on how one deals with them!?
Continue to work with higher share of women than what’s prescribed., I see them as more innovative., high on emotional connect, value deadlines and timelines, create solutions when one looks for, best leaders to lead from the front!?
Women are to be valued, cared for and above all admired for all that they do., because one cannot even imagine how can some one do so many things with such amazing clarity, timing and above all with muscle memory? That too getting it right every time!?
