Math to Health, to you name it.
But I’m passionate specifically about health and life.?They’re so intertwined that you can’t tell where one begins and the other ends.
And that’s exactly why I believe in the focus of picking one thing and doing one thing, CONSISTENTLY.
Trying to do many new things that could shift our health, aka.habits,
in a world where you’re already doing all the things, maybe not all being habits but just juggling all the balls of life,?
is where we enter the?land of nothing happening?that could shift health!
What does this trip to the land of nothing feel like for you?
For me it' a low self-esteem ride.?Beating myself up over how I might be failing at EVERYTHING.?
That’s always a lie.?None of us fails at everything and every bad habit has a good intention.??

Do it with consistency.

The “one thing” can happen in various degrees of intensity.
If you don’t have to start with the end goal, baby steps are allowed (and encouraged).
