Why New Year Resolutions are good, even if we forget about them by the end of January
In the race between New Year Vision Board drawing and New Year Resolutions setting, the latter seems to lose ground. So, the question why did New Year Resolutions get a bad wrap is a valid one, right?
Well, one good answer can be that the surveys show that almost 1 out of 4 people quit within the first week of setting their New Year's resolution.
Another good answer may be the fact that many of us silently recognize that we do quit our New Years Resolutions by the end of January or even quicker.
Anyways, it appears that only 9% of the people see their resolutions through until succession.
Knowing well the above, I still want to argue that one does get a lot out of going through this self-reflective process.
