HRMS is essentially human resource software that meticulously combines all the different HR processes and systems to ensure easy management and smooth functioning of different business processes. The application of HRMS is aimed at enhancing the performance of employees to help accomplish the business goals of the company.
HRMS plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of different HR functions, such as:
1. Job Redesign
Job redesign is an effort where job responsibilities and tasks are reviewed, and possibly re-allocated among staff, to improve output. Redesigning jobs can lead to improvements in both productivity and in job satisfaction, but also the employee's individual commitment to the organization. A reduction in boredom and increase in motivation benefits both the employee and the company. By taking the components of job design, management can help motivate employees in a different way.
The components including undertakings, obligations and duties of a particular occupation ought to be rebuilt to make it seriously reassuring and moving for the representatives or
laborers. The abilities like reasonable abilities, specialized abilities and human relations abilities ought to be considered as to expand the assortment of tasks and capacities to persuade representatives what's more, cause them to feel as a significant resource of the association.
2. Job Analysis
Job analysis is the process of gathering and analysing information about the content and the human requirements of jobs, as well as, the context in which jobs are performed.
This process is used to determine placement of jobs. Job analysis defines the organization of jobs within a job family.

3. Human Resource Planning
Human resource planning (HRP) is the continuous process of systematic planning ahead to achieve optimum use of an organization's most valuable assetquality employees. Human resources planning ensure the best fit between employees and jobs while avoiding manpower shortages or surpluses.
4. Recruitment
Recruitment is the process of having the right person, in the right place, at the right time and it is crucial to organizational performance. 5. Selection
In Human resource management, the selection refers to choosing the right candidates from the pool of eligible candidates to fill the vacant job positions in the organization.

· In-Person Interviews.
· Cultural Fit Selection.
The same set of questioners can be given foe every employee so that there is uniformity in selecting employee-based recruitment, application forms, curriculum vitae, and internal recruitment.
6. Hiring
The hiring process is the process of reviewing applications, selecting the right candidates to interview, testing candidates, choosing between candidates to make the hiring decision, and performing various pre-employment tests and checks.
The recruitment phase of the hiring process takes place when the company tries to reach a pool of candidates through job postings, job referrals, advertisements.
The hiring process refers to the process of finding, selecting, and hiring new employees to a company. So, this process should be taken attention for the well-being of the company.
