WHY NATALIE? WHY GOLD STAR LIFE?

If you had been with me in 2011 you would have known a completely different Natalie. I moved from London to Mallorca on my own, and discovered the bravery and courage I had in myself. I had to learn to make new friends, live in a different country, in an entirely different culture and lead a new way of life.

This taught me so much about myself. I had to learn to connect with others in a way that was different to my life in London. Communication is different in Mallorca! If you have ever moved somewhere new you will understand what it's like to be the new kid in town. Trying to figure things out, find your way, your 'place' if you like

It's not easy, I didn't realise at the time but I was living for just living, trying to work things out, who was I? I spent four years hammering Magaluf and 'life experience' and party and fun...

I was actually really lonely.

This couldn't go on forever.

Things had to change.

I changed. I retrained. I became a Personal Trainer. I overcame judgement. But by 2016 I was working three jobs, trying to run my own PT business and gym and failing miserably. If you have ever worked seven days a week, plus nights, you will understand the struggle. Being miserable, desperately lonely, just over broke with no plan for the future, not seeing a way out... it isn't a good place to be.

It wasn't until my Nan passed away that year that I realised things really had to change. Having previously lost my Grandad, and other Nan I was in turmoil again. I lost the plot when they went within 4 months of each other, badly. How was I to cope this time?! I held it together on the verge of breakdown until Christmas day came and we had to say goodbye to Great Uncle Eric too.

It shook Mum and I to the core and we knew we had to do something different with life. I didn’t want to die miserable, alone and broke. We decided to spend more time together, work on creating a better life, leaving a legacy and so was born the Better Together message. Every day I think of all of my grandparents and they live on through me and everything I do. Losing people you love is devastating, but it is also a sign that you must continue to shine so their memory stays alive.

It has only been since then that I have truly felt like I am living my purpose in life. Being able to reach more people, and do more good in the world. People are better together and I genuinely want to change the world. 

Fast forward to 2017 and I'm setting up a property development company, Bailey Enterprises, with my Mum, Paula Bailey, and we've both been enjoying the personal development through this time. My network has grown exponentially and each day teaches me something new which I can pass on to you. We as humans are ever evolving and this is why I continue to grow and develop in order to better serve you. We are now currently putting in planning for a 30 unit development, have a Serviced Accommodation business and I’m running Gold Star Life, helping people with their confidence in order to live healthy, wealthy and happy lives.

Working with world class mentors and coaches and I am constantly striving to improve myself. I am currently working with Rob Moore and Mark Homer from Progressive Property. Rob and Mark own numerous business and have been going for over 12 years, having multiple millions of pounds turnover and profit, both in training, property and speaking. Best are both selling authors and podcasters too. Through their guidance and support I have been able to grow not only as a business, but as a person too.

I also work with Liam Ryan and Jay Munoz from Assets for Life. They have both a property training company and own property and developments too. Liam is a phenomenal speaker and businessman to learn from and also has a podcast. They all have been invaluable in helping to build my personal brand, our property company and are a constant source of insight and inspiration.

I was also honoured to be asked to contribute a chapter to a book titled Advice To Your Younger Self. It's a collective of 49 amazing people from different backgrounds, giving their story and advice. This year we attended The Cayman Legacy Mastermind trip to the Cayman Islands with Rob Moore and Gerald Ratner, a week spent with the highest level of people working on our business plan for the next 12 months. In 2018 the Mastermind retreat with Rob and Mark was held in Dubai in. Investing in ourselves and our business this way is what has helped us to grow, scale and improve.
