Several young people often feel they are not cutout for the 9-5 job system. Oftentimes, they start a business to escape the "Stress and headaches" that comes with 9-5 Job system.

You may have started a business online to find out it is not exactly what they thought it would be. Those doing extremely well found out that they would have to work beyond their 9-5 job. While others end up disappointed with failed expectations and become very bored doing business.

In this week's letter, we will share with you three reasons why an entrepreneur would get bored doing business, and these reasons are not far fetched. Let's roll!

1) Doing The Wrong Business: You may see entrepreneurship as an escape from poverty, and a sure way to fame. To you, it may mean settling for the "trending" business whether or not it suits your person. Not all business is right for everyone, find the right one for you. This could mean conducting research or consulting business experts for strategic options.

2) Insufficient Knowledge about the business: Some may be doing the wrong business, and others start the right business without the sufficient body of knowledge needed for the growth of the business. Take some time out, study what you do or is about to do, find your competitors, learn from experts, do researches, ensure you have sufficient knowledge about your business area.

3) Wrong Teammates: We believe that working with the wrong team must be exhausting.?A wrong team would kill the business soon enough, only like-minds would grow a business. A good team would understand delegation, responsibility, meeting deadlines, Sales and results driven. You cannot add a structural engineer in a team of Marketers, his/her knowledge base is not in accordance to the job description. So when hiring, ensure you use a HR expert.
