Why must ducks be in a row...

These are my random thoughts at 3.27 on a Thursday afternoon. December is always a roller coaster for us, in the marketing world, people are pushing buttons on quotes they have had for months and racing to the end of the year with a vision of a 2025 that is set for success and Digital Marketing AOK has built a solid reputation with our capacity to translate the new AI toys into actionable strategies and tools buying back executives and teams hours to spend on core business activities. If someone had told me I would free up 80 hours a month just through technology I would have snorted I think but here we are a year later and thats where I am at.

To that end I thought I would share one of my trade secrets - my personal prompt framework.

When it comes to our hospitality businesses we have an enviable reputation for true hospitaliy and are slowly earning our stripes as the heart of the port - now a year and a half in and well on the way to settling into the ebb and flow that is every hospitality business in the state.

I have to send out a huge amount of thanks and grattitude to the many supporters of the Duke of Brunswick and the Port Admiral it is always lovely to walk into one of the venues and bump into business friends and connections that I didn't even know where visiting.

Also I can't forget my newest bright shiny object Artemis Blueprint with Cindy Koehler , it is such an incredible feeling to bring a lifetime of learning, leadership and evolution to bear in a program built from the ground up for transformation February can't come soon enough although there are a few more information sessions to deliver it is refreshing to see people grab hold of it with both hands as they commit to themselves and the year they want in 2025.
