Why is a Multi-Channel Campaign great for your Recruitment Strategy?
Multi-channel marketing campaigns are standard practices in advertising for some time now. As such they are typically used in the retail industry to interact with customers.
With the development of new communication channels more and more HR professionals are implementing this typical marketing approach in posting job advertisements.
The idea of multi-channel posting is to answer the challenge of the current lack of skilled workers by ensuring that your job advertisement gains the greatest possible reach. This approach of using combinations of several job board, own carrier website, emails, mobile and social media platforms provide the recruiting personnel several advantages, such as better:
- employer brand positioning
- budget optimization
- candidate reach
For sure, having an omnichannel approach requires less time for a marketer or a recruiter but I personally find that multi-channel posting brings more advantages than disadvantages.
Therefore I can only recommend to all HR professionals to start Your Multi-Channel Recruitment Campaign and the first step would be to analyze and choose the right communication channels by segmenting your market, defining your targets and create consistent messages.
