Why is Mount Lawley's character so charming?

4 years back, I started working in this glorious suburb of Mount Lawley. I was told by my peers that it would be an uphill battle - with competition so experience and homes so unique it would be hard to appraise and price - I decided to tackle the beast and learn along the way.
What a ride it has been!
I could not have asked for more opportunities as every home I appraised came with its own distinct features that I would later add into my advertisments for its value towards an investment in the suburb.
I have appraised over 100 homes in the suburb to date and every single one of those homes are followed with a note that I carry with me until today using my CRM system - Lockedon. This system helps me keep to date and access any information I require through its cloud which is an amazing tool for me to have.
BUT - back to the title of this article. What makes Mount Lawley so unique compared to other heritage protected suburbs?
For one - it is its appeal of location. With a large section of Mount Lawley by the Banks Reserve overlooking the magnificent Swan River, it is an unmistakable reason why one would invest into the area.
The second would it be it's location - less than 7kms into the city and 5 kms to all major freeways - it is a wonder why young professionals are flooding the suburb now with its new affordability of townhouses, villas and apartments.
One such townhouse I have been priveleged to bring to the market is 66 Guildford Road, Mount Lawley - a 2X1X1 with a perfect balance of contemporary style and character. View the video here!
or view the advertisment for more details here.
