I absolutely #LOVE reading books that inspire me to think and create at a higher level.
Especially favorites like The Motivation Manifesto (Brendon Burchard), The Leader Who Had No Title (Robin Sharma), True Grit and Grace ( AMBERLY LAGO ), The School of Greatness (Lewis Howes) and of course my personal favorite Million Dollar Influence by yours truly (yes, me!).
I'm also inspired by motivational speakers like Eric D. Thomas, Ph.D. , Cassandra Worthy, David Goggins, Lisa Nichols, Michael Beckwith, and Les Brown.
Yet here's a question -- When people engage with sources of potential inspiration and content that can actually change their life, why is it so rare that change actually happens?
How can someone read, watch, and listen to so many #brilliantminds and still find themselves stuck in the same place, and in the same old lifestyle?
Let's share the solution to this mystery in this episode of Welcome to Leadership. First, I'll explain why it happens. Second, I'll explain how to fix it once and for all.
