Meetings are called to “Solve Problems”. and “Make Decisions” Why Most Meetings Fails. Did you heard things after the meeting like “What was the purpose of that meeting” or "What exactly am I supposed to do now” or Why did they need us there”?

There is urgent need to protect employees most precious resources: TIME and COGNITIVE overload.?
