1 周Informative episode! Nice to hear in the introduction Donovan share that he started working in 1995, that it has been 30 years and that this has been his 5th company. Good to hear Donovan talk about Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in saying that they have projects in 100 countries and have 40 offices from London to Dubai, Panama, Calgary and all across the US. It was a revelation to hear Donovan share in the conversation that he was the Head of HR for Americas at Brenntag. Great to hear Donovan share in the episode that there are impactful moments of his life when the friendships have made the biggest difference. Glad to hear Donovan share in the conversation that they have done some team building and trust exercises that have really brought them together. It was an interesting observation made by Donovan in the episode when she said that businesses fail at the exit process and that the exit process makes the difference. It was amazing to hear Donovan share in the conversation that he is so grateful for people who have been there for him throughout his life.
