Why Most Entrepreneurs Fail at Delegation (and How to Fix It)
Entrepreneurs are visionaries. They dream big, execute relentlessly, and put in the long hours to bring their ideas to life. 4 天前Excellent insights on delegation and focusing on one's strengths. It's crucial for effective leadership and business growth. Just a quick note - I work for Hugo Souza at NFsTay. He’s out of connection requests but wanted to reach out. Hugo is looking for potential investors to crowdfund a property deal and would like to have a word with you. Would you mind reaching out to him?

5 天前Great article, Dave LoSavio. A great add-on is the 1-3-1 Rule if someone you've delegated a task to comes back saying, "I'm stuck. Can you help?" Instead of just giving them the answer, help them by saying, "Give me 1 problem, 3 possible solutions, and the 1 option you're thinking of choosing." This allows them to maintain responsibility for the delegated task, while you also help them improve their decision making process.
