Take a moment and think about your last coaching session.
You asked powerful questions. Used proven techniques. Followed all the "right" steps.
But something was missing, wasn't it?
That deeper shift. That profound transformation. That moment when everything truly changes for your client.
Here's why: Most coaching works at the wrong level entirely.
What I'm about to share isn't another technique or methodology. It's a fundamental understanding that will completely transform how you create change - one that goes beyond simple mindset work, beyond limiting beliefs, beyond even the subconscious mind.
This understanding comes from over 40 years of studying human consciousness, working with thousands of clients, and discovering something that most coaches will never grasp:
True transformation doesn't happen in the mind. It doesn't happen in the emotions. It doesn't even happen in the subconscious.
It happens at the level of pure consciousness itself.
Think about it:
Why do some clients have instant breakthroughs while others struggle for years with the same patterns?
Why do certain transformations "stick" while others fade away?
Why do some people seem to create change effortlessly while others push and strain?
The answer isn't in your coaching technique. It's in understanding the six levels of existence - and knowing exactly where transformation actually occurs.
The Six Levels of Existence:
Level 1: Surface Identity This is where most coaching happens. Working with thoughts, beliefs, and surface-level changes. It can create temporary shifts but rarely lasts.
Level 2: Emotional Patterns Deeper than thoughts, but still not the source. This is where many "breakthrough" moments happen, but they often require constant reinforcement.
Level 3: Energetic Fields Now we're getting somewhere. This is where patterns actually live in the body and energy system. But it's still not the source.
Level 4: Consciousness Structures This is where it gets interesting. The actual templates that create reality. Few coaches ever work here because they don't understand how to access it.
Level 5: Pure Being The level of true transformation. Where identity itself arises. Change here is instant and permanent because you're working with the source, not the effects.
Level 6: The Unified Field The deepest level where all possibilities exist. When you can access this with a client, miracles become normal.
Here's what makes this understanding so revolutionary:
Most coaches try to create change by working harder at Levels 1-3. They get better at techniques, learn more tools, push for bigger breakthroughs.
But it's like trying to change your reflection by wiping the mirror.
True transformation happens when you learn to shift consciousness itself (Levels 4-6). Then the surface levels change automatically, effortlessly, permanently.
This isn't theoretical. When you understand how to work at these deeper levels:
This understanding changes everything about how you coach. Because once you grasp it:
You stop trying to "fix" problems You stop pushing for change You stop working so hard
Instead, you learn to:
The real secret isn't in doing more. It's in accessing deeper levels of being.
When you learn to work here, coaching becomes a sacred art of awakening consciousness rather than a technical process of changing behavior.
This is the future of coaching. This is where true transformation lives.
