My mother always taught me that businesses have to pay attention to three elements in order to be successful: price, promotion, and product. I’ve found this to be true throughout my career as a marketer. In fact, you could say it was one of the guiding principles behind the initial success for companies like Amazon.com and Google.
Now, you don’t have to start a multi-billion empire on your own to learn from these lessons. Businesses of all sizes can benefit from making these concepts a part of their strategic plan.
Traditional marketing is the word that most people encounter on a daily basis. A more appropriate definition is offline marketing which makes use of direct marketing and salesmanship to reach your intended audience. It's smart, sensible and far more personal.
Digital Marketing, on the other hand has evolved into a term that encompasses all aspects related to digital technologies. It attracts large bodies like enterprises, government organizations, educational institutions and even start-ups.
We still need to remember the reach of television and print media before discrediting completely in order to hop on the bandwagon of digital marketing.
A well designed image attracts a person's attention. When that person sees a headline, immediately they know whether they are interested in finding out more or not. If the client's curiosity is peaked, then the next thing they see is your body copy. Here, you have the opportunity to tell them why your service, product or website deserves their attention.
It’s here that you can tell them about unique benefits or solve their problems. And if you have captured their attention up until this point with your marketing and content creation funnel, then they will be waiting for one last thing: the call to action.
This is C.A.T.T. – Content, Attention, Trust & Transaction in action!
Integrated Digital Marketing is gaining awareness thanks to the merge of Internet and Mobile technologies. The truth about marketing is actually quite simple.
If you take a look at the world around us, what do most brands have in common? They were once born as a result of mothers’ advice. Why? Because they are simple and universal.
Your mother always told you that you have to “stand out from the crowd”. She told you that in order to be successful in life, you have to build a personal brand. You laughed at her and thought it was only applicable to CEO’s - or Barbra Streisand.
Marketing is like my mom’s Vegetable curry – I ignore it until I absolutely have to.
There are many skills that will help you to succeed in marketing. From sales skills to designing skills, and copywriting; marketing is all about communication.
The communication you provide your clients or customers is what they remember from your marketing efforts. Although, words have a lot of power, but so does your imagery. The image quality of a postcard will get you to read it. It will grab your attention because there is so much potential behind a nicely designed image or video.
Your job, as a marketer or part of your company's marketing department, is to develop effective communication and marketing skills. Why? Because that’s what communication and marketing are all about.
In today’s world, in order to be successful, you need to create any advantage that you can over your competition. This is where niche selection comes into play. With the internet full of marketing experts, you’ll want to make sure you find a niche where you can truly add value and help individuals.
Niche selection can make or break your business. If you are selling products or services online, you have to choose a target market and become an expert in it.
Marketing is often considered to be a synonym of Indian economics.
Economics is a tough subject. It’s so difficult that only a few can understand it and those people go on to become the key decision makers. But why focus on an understanding of economics when you could just focus on your marketing?
As social media companies are destroying their competition, they’ll move towards dominating it, eliminating it, and then — after a couple of years — readjusting to the new economy.
If you understand economics you’ll be able to detect when this is happening and adjust accordingly. Of course there are only a handful of people who will understand what’s going on — think politicians, investors, economists and CEOs — but if you keep in mind that these decisions are being made based on economic
Marketing is like sex – it’s not something you should be ashamed of, but it’s not anything to be proud of either," goes an old saw in the small business world. Rarely a day goes by when someone isn’t talking about marketing.
And it seems like there are people who are paid to talk about marketing all day long: market researchers, market analysts, marketing consultants and on and on and on. The mystery is what all this activity is supposed to do for a business that is small or very small.
Here is my personal story:
Hi, I’m Vikash, an Explainer Video agency owner by profession and a Visual Storyteller from heart.
I used to watch a lot of Jackie Chan and Jet Li movies when I was 7.
I used to draw out every karate stunt I saw them do.
Once, while drawing them in English class,
I got caught by the teacher.
She called my Mom!
Shit.??
Only to say that I was amazing at drawing.
My passion for drawing made me enter the field of animated explainer videos.
Now, as the owner of Ninja Videos,
I combine boring brand advertising with engaging storytelling to create something that gets your message across while keeping the viewer invested and interested.
Our videos have made millions of dollars for businesses??????.
Now, let me tell you about Bret.
After investing his savings into starting a SaaS company he thought he would be the next Adobe,
his dreams quickly evaporated.
His launch was a fail!
For his second launch,
he decided to step up his game by investing in an animated explainer video to tell the story of his SaaS product.
A video made by us ??.
He’s now a successful CEO of a SaaS company that has 200+ employees.
