When you hear Minimum Wage it means cost and for what. Just for the sake of cost to employees. However that can take away for efficient quality of nursing homes. It can take away from expenses in medical equipment. That is why I prefer the term Efficiency Wage, skills of doing a job well.


Healthcare in the states is always in improvement quality. Minimum Wage workers, especially smart people in the field. Why not be paid more. Anyone in healthcare is knowledgeable.
