As the excitement around the Metaverse continues to grow, we at Fluid AI are excited at how Chatbots are going to be a key part of this bold new Digital Universe.

I know it sounds crazy - why would anyone want to interact with Bots in the metaverse? If anything, the metaverse is all about powering more immersive experiences. Why would I want to interact with a bot in this explosively immersive world.

Well, hear this out.

Ever since Fluid AI launched its own Metaverse Office, we all love to hang out there. So much so, that we like to invite customers over for meetings at our Digital Office, ?rather than on Zoom/MS Teams. Infact, Fluid AI now conducts all its new developer interviews in the Metaverse as well, so that potential recruits get to see their work environment in some sense.

However, one thing we immediately felt the need for was, for lack of a better term, a Greeter ?a Metaverse Guide. Someone who welcomes people into our virtual world, educates them a bit about how to navigate and in general, eases them into our office metaverse. Face it, everyone’s first few experiences in the metaverse are going to be a bit disorienting. With the expansion in the number of metaverses, atleast in the beginning, first time visitors will need some sort of assistance in terms of just knowing what they can do in the Metaverse, and how to actually move about in this new Digital World. Giving them a video tutorial or a set of text instructions is definitely not going to cut it

For example, imagine you enter a Hugo Boss store in the Metaverse, and are utterly confused about how to navigate the showroom. Will waiting around until a salesperson shows up, and wasting your precious digital time, really give you the immersive experience you expected? Definitely not.

Well here is where chatbots come in. . Avatar bots can be your very own Metaverse guide, ?who walk you through your new digital environment, ?and eases you into the metaverse. A bot that resembles a friendly sales assistant, and walks you through the different digital products, helping you decide what to buy.

This is what is needed.

The metaverse will allow each user to have their own AI powered virtual assistant which can help users get the most out of their metaverse experience by providing them the right advice and helping them explore all the different offerings in the metaverse.
