I don’t believe in work life balance I quit my 9-5 so that I can live more! But Entrepreneurship is 24/7. I work longer than ever.

Nonetheless, I never felt so alive after quitting my full time employment I wouldn’t trade any other way

? Is Balance 50:50? Everybody’s “balance” is defined by personal context, which can change, and it does, all the time.

? Work is part of life, isn’t it? Instead of treating it as conflicting items, why not treating it as one, recognizing that our career is a big part of our identity.

I feel that striving for a strict balance might actually be causing us more stress. Why? Because life isn’t neatly divisible into equal parts work and leisure. my approach to WLB? i am okokie to be not an important router in the office, it is okokie for me to be not involved in every meeting, it is okokie for to say pass, the key to WLB is to own my time and not let others own my time all the time Ratna Juita
