Why Me?
I think it would be very naive for me to think that you do not question why you should work with me. I am sure you ask, why should I speak to Charlotte Wilson from the UK? What is she going to be able to do? What is she going to do differently to every other recruiter I have worked with?
I think these are fair questions and now I am going to answer them.
ERP AND AREA
My main focus is ERP recruitment within Europe. Everyday I speak to candidates who specialise in ERP and will be able to assess which companies local to them would be interested in their skills.
Strong Relationships
I do not speak to candidates just because I have a job on. I speak to candidates repeatedly. Why? So that I understand exactly what they’re looking for in roles. What exactly is happening in their lives. Whether anything in their situation has changed. All it takes is one thing to change your life and your job requirements.
Additionally, I will never send my candidates CV’s until I have spoken to them in detail about the job. This allows me to ensure that they are fully committed to the opportunity. I will then only send you their CV when they have given me permission to do so.

Involvement throughout the Recruitment Process
I don’t just send the CV and wish you the best. I speak with you and the candidate throughout the process to ensure the likelihood of a placement.
In recruitment, the candidate has to suit your requirements, but it must also fit with what the candidate is looking for. That is what I am there to ensure. I will communicate between both parties and ensure all issues/queries are deal with for a positive result.

I am regularly visiting clients and candidates in Europe. Want to know the person at the end of the phone? Just ask!
Why me?
Why not? I have great relationships with my candidates, I know the ERP market in Europe and I am there to support your company throughout the recruitment process, beyond when the candidate has started for you.
You get a personal touch and an efficient process… you cannot ask for better than that in such a competitive market.
